Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Kribana, Inc. collects, uses and protects information — both about the businesses who use our platform ("customers") and the end users their invoices describe.
2. Information we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, company); usage events and billing data your integration sends us; and limited technical data (IP address, browser) from dashboard and portal sessions.
3. How we use it
To operate the platform — metering, pricing, invoicing, payments and the portal — to provide support, to improve the product, and to send service communications. We don't sell customer data.
4. The agent & automated decisions
The agent uses account data (balances, usage, payment history) to trigger playbooks you've configured. You control the mode — autopilot, approve-first, or alert-only — for every playbook.
5. Sub-processors
We share data with the payment processors you connect (Stripe, Razorpay, Adyen, Braintree) and with infrastructure providers who host the platform, each bound by their own data protection obligations to us.
6. Data retention
We retain usage and billing data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period after closure for legal, tax and audit purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete personal data we hold. Contact privacy@kribana.com to exercise these rights.
8. International transfers
Where data crosses borders, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards recognized under applicable data protection law.
9. Security
We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we process, and undergo independent audits including SOC 2 Type II.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. For material changes, we'll provide notice by email or in-product at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
