Kribana + Slack
Get payment failures, top-ups and agent actions posted live.
What it does
Kribana posts billing moments — failed payments, wallet top-ups, plan changes and agent actions — to Slack channels you choose, so finance and support see them as they happen.
Setup steps
1In Kribana, go to Settings → Integrations → Communication and select Slack.
2Authorize the Kribana Slack app for your workspace.
3Choose a channel and select which event types should post there.
4Trigger a test event and confirm the message arrives in Slack.
